Platform Role
IndNetGlobal is a B2B platform that connects buyers with suppliers and records marketplace orders. Physical shipping is fulfilled by the seller, either with the seller’s own logistics or through a third-party logistics partner chosen on the platform. IndNetGlobal is not the carrier, freight forwarder or insurer and does not take possession of goods.
Seller Shipping
A seller may ship orders itself. In that case the seller sets a flat shipping fee on the listing, which is shown at checkout and included in the order total. The seller is responsible for packing, handover, tracking and delivery updates.
Third-Party Logistics Quotes
A seller may instead request a logistics partner from the platform’s shipping desk. The logistics company quotes a charge based on pickup and delivery locations and distance. Once the seller accepts the quote, the shipping charge joins the order total and the buyer pays the final amount. The quote, provider, ETA and tracking number are recorded on the order.
Shipping Terms
Incoterms, freight mode, insurance and customs clearance for business shipments are agreed between the buyer, the seller and any logistics partner. IndNetGlobal records the shipping charge but does not set or enforce carrier terms for transactions.
Delivery Coordination
Once an order is confirmed, the seller is responsible for fulfilling it according to the agreed delivery schedule. Tracking and delivery updates are communicated through the platform or directly by the seller or logistics partner.
International Shipments
For international B2B transactions, buyers and sellers are responsible for compliance with export/import regulations, customs documentation, duties, and taxes. IndNetGlobal provides tools for geo-commerce discovery but does not handle customs or trade compliance.
Dispute Resolution
Shipping disputes (damaged goods, delayed delivery, missing items) should be resolved directly between the buyer, seller and logistics partner. IndNetGlobal may provide mediation support through platform tools if both parties agree.
Logistics Partners
Companies that opt in to “We ship orders for other companies” appear in the logistics partner directory. Listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of service. Sellers and buyers remain responsible for choosing a partner and agreeing terms.
