What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They help websites function properly, remember preferences and enable secure logins. We also use browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) for workspace preferences and temporary form drafts.
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the platform to function. They enable core features like secure authentication, session management, CSRF protection, API request validation, and workspace access. Without these, the platform cannot operate. Essential cookies do not track activity across external sites.
Authentication Cookies
JWT-based authentication tokens, refresh token identifiers, and session cookies are set when you log in. These secure your account and maintain your session during platform use. They are marked HttpOnly and Secure where possible and are cleared on logout.
Preference Cookies
These store your platform preferences such as language, theme selection, pagination settings, default workspace, notification preferences, and recently viewed suppliers. They improve your experience by remembering your choices between visits.
Analytics and Advertising
We do not currently set advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies. Platform usage is measured through aggregate server-side logs and internal workspace analytics. If optional analytics are introduced, this policy and the consent choices will be updated before they are enabled.
Third-Party Services
The Razorpay checkout script and its cookies load only when you start a subscription purchase. Map views request tiles from OpenStreetMap without setting IndNetGlobal tracking cookies. Infrastructure providers may process network metadata under their own policies. Product purchases do not load a payment-gateway checkout: cash-on-delivery and seller-direct online payments happen outside the platform.
Cookie Duration
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent authentication and preference storage remains until it expires (up to 12 months) or you clear it. Access-token and refresh-token lifetimes are configured by the platform and are cleared on logout.
Your Choices
Essential cookies and browser storage cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality. You can clear non-essential browser storage and cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all storage will limit platform features, particularly authentication, drafts and workspace access.
Policy Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated through platform notifications or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
